摘要
阐述了车用发动机振动测试方法 ,并对安装在实验台架上的 61 0 5 Q- 1 C型车用柴油机进行了振动测试与分析 ,发现柴油机前端及横向振动较大 .建议采用提高有关零部件制造精度与质量 ,减少活塞侧向力 ,改进机体结构形式。
The method of vehicle engine vibration test was discussed. The vibration of model 6105Q 1C vehicle diesel engine fitted on the laboratorial bed is tested and analysised.It was found that the vibration of the head and crosswise of diesel engine are rather large.So it's suggested that improving relevant manufacture precision and quality,reducing lateral force of the piston,raising the structure shape of engine body and rationally arranging ribs to improve the stiffness of engine body can mitigate vibration.
