摘要
采用酒石酸铁法测定金丝小枣枣皮、枣核中的多酚类物质含量。首次利用化学发光分析和紫外-可见分光光度分析相结合的方法测定金丝小枣枣皮、枣核中间苯三酚和邻苯二酚的体外抗氧化活性及其清除自由基保护DNA等能力的变化规律。研究结果表明,间苯三酚和邻苯二酚对·OH、NO2-、DPPH具有较明显的抑制作用,对由·OH引起的DNA损伤也具有较好的保护作用。当间苯三酚和邻苯二酚质量浓度为60μg/mL时,体外抗氧化活性及清除自由基保护DNA作用最佳。本研究可为开发枣副产品的保健功能提供新的研究方向和理论基础。
The polyphenols content had been measured by tartrate-Fe colorimetry assay from the skin and core of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. Jinsixiaozao. And the antioxidant activity, inhibition ability to hydroxyl free radical, and protec-tive action to DNA of the polyphenols in vitro was determined by using BPCL_L and UV for the first time. The results indicated that phlorglucinol and catechol had inhibition function to hydroxyl free radical, inferior nitric acid rot, DPPH., besides it had a better protective action to DNA damage caused by · OH. In addition to that, the 60 μg/mL was the op-timal concentration of phlorglucinol and catechol on the antioxidant activity, inhibition function to hydroxyl free radical, and protective action to DNA. Also, it provided scientific basis for re-exploitation and re-application of the products of the Jujnba.
