摘要
从金丝小枣枣皮、枣核中提取多酚类物质,用酒石酸铁法测定枣皮中多酚含量为12.50mg/g,枣核中多酚含量为9.80mg/g。以小鼠为试验动物,研究了枣皮、枣核中多酚提取物的抗炎、抗凝血、耐缺氧作用及对组织SOD和MDA的影响。研究结果表明,枣皮、枣核多酚提取物对小鼠抗炎、抗凝血、耐缺氧作用明显,并能显著提高小鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低丙二醛的含量。为开发和利用枣产品加工中的副产品提供了药理学依据。
The polyphenolic compounds had been extracted from the skin and core of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. Jinsixiaozao in the paper, and the content of skin polyphenols was 12.50 mg/g and that of core was 9.80 mg/g by tartrate-Fe colorimetry assay. The anti-inflammatory, anti-cruor, endure-anoxic, and SOD activity, MDA content had also been studied by the extractions of skin and core. The results showed that the polyphenols of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. Jinsixi- aozao skin and core had markedly effects on anti-inflammatory, anti-cruor, endure-anoxic, and could also enhance the SOD activity and decrease the content of MDA in vivo. It will lay a foundation for the exploitating and applying the byproduct of the Jujube.
