摘要
尽管利益相关者理论的源起与发展主要与企业的经营管理实践密切相关,但其理论内涵对于社区研究也有重要的启发意义。该研究将利益相关者视角引入城市社区发展研究之中,把城市社区利益相关者划分为确定型、预期型和潜在型三大类,详细分析了不同类型利益相关者在社区发展中扮演的角色与发挥的功能,提出构建一个包括核心层、支持层和扩展层的多元利益相关者组合,以整合社区内外部资源推进社区发展。
Although the stakeholder theory has had a close relationship with the management practice of enterprise since it came into being, it can also be enlightening for the research of community.The authors have brought the stakeholder perspective into the research of urban community development, and divided the community stakeholders into three classes： Latent Stakeholders, Expectant Stakeholders and Definitive Stakeholders. On this basis, the role these stakeholders play and the function they have in the process of community development have been detailedly analyzed. Finally, the autthors suggest that a multi-stakeholder cooperative consisting of core layer, supportive layer and expanded layer should be constructed to integrate the resource in and out of the community, in order to promote the community development.
