摘要
以食品分析课程中"蛋白质含量测定"为例,在课堂教学中开展探究式教学设计。通过案例分析、结合教学目的和生产实际的探究式教学方法应用,锻炼了学生发现问题、解决问题和应用探究结果能力,促进了学生对食品分析课程学习兴趣,为食品科学专业应用型人才培养奠定基础。
Taking protein content determination in food analysis course as an example, the teaching method of inquiry design was performed in class teaching. The aim of the design was to train the students' abilities of founding and solving problems and application of the inquiry results, by means of case study, combined with the teaching goal and realistic practice respectively. The learning interest of students for food a- nalysis was increased. This could contribute to lay the foundation for cultivation of applicative talents in food science.
