摘要
目的探讨老年冠心病患者静脉输液不良事件的原因和安全管理对策。方法应用鱼骨图对2012年5月～2013年5月老年冠心病患者静脉输液护理不良事件50例发生原因进行分析。结果导致静脉输液不良事件的原因主要有护理人员知识欠缺、技术操作水平低、安全意识淡薄，患者疾病因素、遵医行为差，医院护理人员配置不足、安全监管不到位等。结论鱼骨图直观、清晰地揭示了老年冠心病患者静脉输液不良事件的原因，有利于管理者建立并实施预防老年冠心病患者静脉输液护理不良事件的制度，保障患者输液安全。
Objective To analyze the affecting factors of the elderly coronary heart disease（CHD） patients＇ adverse events caused by intravenous transfusion,discuss tactics of safety management. Methods 50 adverse events of the elderly CHD patients with venous transfusion were analyzed. Results The main affecting factors of elderly CHD patients with adverse events caused by intravenous transfusion were nurses lack of knowledge, low level of technical operations, safety consciousness dim, poor of patients according to the medical behavior, disease factors. Conclusion The fishbone diagram reveals the affecting factors of elderly CHD patients with adverse events caused by intravenous transfusion clearly and di- rectly. It is better for building and carrying out prevention system, ensuring patients＂ safety.
