摘要
构建了不同旋转角度的kenics静态混合器,利用Polyflow软件通过求解相应的控制方程进行数值模拟分析,得到不同旋转角度下不同组分粒子(30:70;40:60;50:50)的分散混合和分布混合效果。结果表明:对于分散混合,旋转角度为120°的静态混合器在3种组分比中最优;而对于分布混合,180°的静态混合器较为理想。
The kenics static mixers of different rotation angle was constructed and simulated with Polyflow software through resolving corresponding control equation. The results about dispersive mixing and distribution mixing were obtained with different proportion particle( 30: 70 ;40 :60 ;50 :50) under different rotation angle. The outcomes showed that kenics mixer with rotaton angle 1200was the best when playing more attention on dispersive mixing, and kenics mixer with rotaton angle 1800was perfect when focusing on distribution mixing.
