摘要
目前三元注入装置静态混合效果差,首先研制了新型结构的静态混合器进混单元,对静态混合器的结构进行优化设计,提出了常规和具有预混作用的两种结构模型,并应用FLUENT软件对静态混合器四相流体掺混现象进行仿真计算.结果表明,研制的进混单元结构合理,能达到较好的混合效果要求.具有预混作用的新型静态混合器模型静态混合效果影响因素少、混合效果好,混合性能更好地适应油田生产的要求.
In view of contrast of Quiescent Mixing effect, modem in - blend unit of quiescent mixer is developed first, the structure of quiescent mixer is optimized, and traditional and premixing model of quiescent mixer are developed. Tne mixing phenomenon of four phases is imitated with FLUENT soft. The result shows that the developed modem in - blend unit of quiescent mixer is appropriate and good mixing effect can be acquired. The affecting factors of premixing model of quiescent mixer are few, mixing effect is well, and property of mixing adapts to the oil field production better.
