摘要
论述了中国传统黄酒的营养价值、保健功效以及研发现状,并提出存在的问题和以后的研究发展方向。
This paper described the nutritional value, health function and the research and development status of traditional Chinese rice wine. In addition, the current problems, research and development directions were also discussed.
