摘要
为全面剖析企业内部环境构成对企业服务创新的具体影响,帮助管理者打造优良的内部创新环境,提升企业服务创新能力,借助Probit分析方法构建了企业服务创新能力评价指标体系和Probit分析模型。根据所构建的指标体系和分析模型,借助调研数据进行了实证分析。结果表明:高层管理者服务创新意识和创新意愿、企业内部创新激励与奖惩制度对企业服务创新能力有显著性影响;服务创新战略、持续对员工创新能力进行培训教育、强有力的服务创新团队等因素对企业服务创新能力也有重要影响。
In order to understand how the internal environment affects the service innovation of an enterprise,an enterprise innovation capacity evaluation system and a Probit Model are built for the managers.Investigation is conducted with questionnaires.Result shows that service innovation awareness,willingness of executives,and internal innovation incentive system are significant to an enterprise.Meanwhile,the service innovation strategy,the cultivation of innovation capacity,and the service innovation team are important as well.
