摘要
高新技术产业化常常伴随着高失败率、高竞争性和各个环节的众多不确定性因素等风险。这使研究高新技术项目风险评价具有更加实际的意义。结合中国的实际,提出了一套适合我国国情的高新技术投资项目的风险评估指标体系,包括环境要素系统、企业能力要素系统和项目本身要素系统三方面,并将一种崭新的方法———模糊聚类方法引入到项目风险评价中,在介绍了模糊聚类方法的基本理论基础上,建立了我国高新技术项目风险评价的多层次模糊聚类评价模型,为企业进行投资决策提供了依据。
High failure, severe competition and many indefinite factors always accompany with high ＆ new technology industrialization. All these features make this research on risk management of high ＆ new technology projects practically significant. A series of risk indexes ,which includes project＇s surrounding analysis, output analysis and technological analysis of the project and capabilities of enterprises, has been put forward and then brings about a new method Fuzzy Clustering Analysis in this field, relative risk evaluation model has been built up on the base of analyses of risking reasons. It can offer some information for the the business enterprise.
