摘要
国内大多数金融服务机构的新服务开发 (NSD ,NewServiceDevelopment)活动 ,在相当程度上处于凭经验办事、随意性大的状态 ,缺乏新服务管理的专业意识和技能。基于多行业比较实证研究的国内金融业NSD一般过程总结 ,和构筑在流程解析之上的门径管理模式 。
The theory of new service development (NSD) has scarcely been introduced into the real world of financial service management in China up to now. The author argues that formal and customized NSD processes can be a major factor for successful financial NSD. By making a general management survey of multiple financial industries in China, the author holds that it helps to provide better solutions for new financial services management issues to explore the essential processes of financial NSD and establish a stage-gate model for financial NSD management .
