摘要
在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面法对影响超声辅助提取田基黄总多酚的主要因素(乙醇浓度、料液比、超声温度和时间)进行了优化,建立了影响因素与总多酚之间的函数关系。获得最佳工艺条件为70%乙醇,料液比1∶25(g/mL),超声提取温度46℃,提取时间50 min。在此最佳条件下,总多酚提取率为1.3189%,试验结果与模型预测值相符。
Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total polyphenols from Hypericum japonicum based on single-factor experiments. The main influencing factors, including ethanol concentra- tion, materiai-solvent ratio,extraction temperature and time were determined. The function relationship between influen- cing factors and response values was established. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction sol- vent was 70% ethanol,material-solvent ratio was 1:25 (g/mL), extraction temperature was 46 ℃, and extraction time was 50 min. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total polyphenols reached 1. 3189% ,which was well matched with the predicted value.
