摘要
2012年4月英国在《经济学人》杂志上提出3D打印机的出现标志着人类开始进入第三次工业革命时代。第三次工业革命的特点是网络化、信息化、个性化和国际化,这就要求教育要培养多样化、个性化、创新型和国际化的人才。高等教育要适应第三次工业革命,必须改革人才培养目标,把提高教育质量放在首位,加强通识教育,改变教学模式,加强教育国际化,大力发展创业教育,才能培养出适应并引领第三次工业革命发展的人才。
In April 2012, The Economist published a 14-page special report, claiming that 3D printers are bringing the human beings into the third industrial revolution era. There are four features of the third industrial revolution, including networking, informationization, personalization and internationalization, which require education to train diverse, individualized, innovative and international talents. In order to adapt to the third industrial revolution and foster the talents adaptable to and leading the revolution, high- er education are in urgent need of reforms with the following measures: (1) the training objectives should be reflected; (2) the improvement of the quality of education should be the top priority; (3) literal educa- tion should be strengthened; (4) the teaching mode should be changed; (5) the internationalization of edu- cation should be emphasized; and (6) the entrepreneurship should be encouraged in higher education.
