摘要
目的调查和分析某制鞋企业职业性苯中毒的原因,为制定制鞋行业预防控制措施提供参考。方法按照国家相应的技术规范、标准对本市某制鞋企业进行职业卫生学调查,对该企业作业场所空气中有害物质浓度进行测定,并对49例劳动者进行职业健康检查。结果本次共对该企业的贴底等5个工作岗位环境空气中三苯等有毒有害物质浓度进行了检测,其中贴底岗位的甲苯的C TWA、C STEL分别为143.71 mg/m3和199.14 mg/m3,高于国家标准的要求。体检49例劳动者,其中2例白细胞低于正常参考限值的下限。结论该制鞋企业贴底岗位的甲苯超标较严重,应加强监督管理,正确配置、使用职业病防护设施,加强劳动者职业卫生知识的健康教育,杜绝职业危害的发生。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cause of occupational benzene exposure in a shoe manufacture enterprise, and provide reference for prevention and control of the occupational benzene poisoning. Methods The occupational hygiene examination was carried out in this shoe company according to the corresponding national technical specifications and standards. Occupational health examination was conducted in 49 workers and concentration of harmful substances was also determined in the workplace air. Results The CTWA of toluene was 143.71 mg/m^3 and CSTEL was 199.14 mg/m^3 for cementing soles site. Among 49 workers, white blood cell counts were found lower than the normal reference value in 2 workers. Conclusion Toluene level was overlimited at the cementing soles site in the footwear manufacturing enterprise, so occupational diseases safe- guard procedures and occupational health education should be carried out to stop the occurrence of occupational hazards.
