高效液相色谱荧光检测法检测香蕉中壬基酚残留 被引量:2

Determination of nonyphenol residue in banana by solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 为建立一种香蕉中壬基酚残留的提取和检测方法,样品经乙腈提取,C18固相萃取柱净化浓缩后,洗脱液用高效液相色谱检测。在优化条件下,壬基酚在0.05~5mg·L-1的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数达0.999 9,仪器最低检测浓度为2μg·kg-1。样品中添加3个水平的壬基酚,5次重复测定的平均回收率为78.1%~93.4%,相对标准偏差为3.71%~5.38%,符合残留分析的要求。 The extraction and detection method of nonylphenol residue in banana were establishmed. Samples were extracted with acetonhrile, purified and concentrated by C18 solid phase extraction column, and the eluent was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Under the optimized conditions, nonylphenol in 0.05-5 m·L^-1 range had a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient reached 0. 999 9, the detection limit was 2 μg·kg^-1. The average recoveries for nonylphenol at 3 spiked levels were 78. 1% -93. 4% and the RSD were 3.71%- 5. 38% for 5 repeatative determinations, the results meet the requirement of residue analysis.
