摘要
应用自制微萃取瓶,采用异辛烷作萃取剂,液-液微萃取方法富集水中壬基酚,反相高效液相色谱法测定。考察了不同萃取剂、盐析效应和pH对萃取效果的影响。壬基酚在水中的加标回收率为91.77%,方法检出限为0.525μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.82%。该萃取方法可有效富集水中痕量壬基酚。
The nonyl-phenol in water has been determined by using the self-made micro-extracting flask,isooctane(as extractant),liquid-liquid micro-extraction process,and reverse highly efficient liquid chromatography process.The effects of different extractants,salting-out effect and pH on the extraction efficiency are investigated.The average recovery rate of the nonyl-phenol in water is 91.77%.The detection limit of the method is 0.525 μg/L.The RSD is 1.82%.It shows that the extraction method can be used for enriching trace nonyl-phenol in water efficiently.
