摘要
采用OPA柱前衍生氨基酸、多步梯度洗脱、荧光检测器检测、高效液相色谱法,在45分钟内分离出16种氨基酸。该法样品用量少,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,重视性好,适于分析大量样品。
The authors pasent a method for detendning the awhno adds in urine samples by HPLC with fluorescence detector. More than 16 amin acid were separated within 45 min by using pre-colunm derivathation with O-phthalaklehyde and a multi-step grudot with two solvents. The method is sensitive, reprodudble, accurate and has a lincar rang from 125 -400 pmol.
