摘要
目的探讨应用TOPSIS法对医疗工作质量进行综合评价。方法应用TOPSIS法对我院某院区近5年的13项主要医疗工作指标进行综合评价。结果 2008年-2012年,值分别为0.037,0.132,0.325,0.569,0.953,逐年递增,说明医院该院区近5年的医疗工作质量逐年提高。结论评价结果与我院实际医疗工作情况相符,TOPSIS法在科学全面评价医院医疗工作质量中具有良好的应用价值,可以在医院管理工作中推广使用。
Objectives To explore the application of TOPSIS method in comprehensive evaluation of the quality of medical work. Methods Using TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the quality of one hospital district medical work for nearly five years involving the 13 major items of medical work indexes. Results From 2008 to 2012, the values were 0.037, 0.132, 0.325, 0.569, 0.953, and it suggest- ed that nearly five years, the quality of the hospital district medical work increased year by year. Conclusion The evaluation results are in conformity with the situation of medical work in the hospital district. TOPSIS method is highly efficient and practical in the scientific andcomprehensive evaluation of the medical work quality in hospitals, which can be used widely in hospital management.
