摘要
目的对某三甲医院2000—2005年医疗质量指标进行综合质量评价。方法采用秩和比法进行统计分析。结果2000年医疗质量相对较差,2002年、2003年、2004年综合医疗质量相对中等,2005年综合医疗质量相对较好。结论运用秩和比法评价医疗质量,可以直观、准确地反映医疗质量的完成情况,为医院管理提供科学依据。
Objective To make the comprehensive quality evaluation of a certain hospital＇s medical quality standards from 2000 to 2005. Methods Rank-sum ratio was adopted. Results The medical quality in the year 2000 was comparatively bad. The comprehensive medical quality in the year 2002, 2003 and 2004 was medium. The quality in 2005 was comparatively good. Conclusion By applying rank-sum ratio to medical quality, the medical quality could be reflected in a direct and accurate way. Hospitals should make every effort to improve the accomplishment of the goals and to provide scientific basis for the management of the hospital.
