摘要
[目的]通过综合评价,了解9家医院医疗质量情况,为领导加强医院管理,作出科学决策提供依据。[方法]应用TOPSIS及RSR分档法分析评价9家医院医疗质量。[结果]在分档评价中,D、F2家医院为优,A、B、E、H4家为良,C、G、I3家为一般。[结论]TOPSIS法与RSR分档法结合,综合评价医疗质量具有很好的科学性。
[ Objective] To investigate the medical quality status of 9 hospitals by comprehensive evaluation, so as to provide basis for scientific strategy to strengthen the management for hospital. [ Methods] The medical quality of 9 hospitals was evaluated by using TOPSIS and ranking classificadon of RSR methods. [ Results] After classifying for the 9 hospitals, hospitals D and F were evaluated to be the best degree; hospitals A, B, E and H were judged to be the better degree; hospitals C, G and I were evaluated to be general degree. [Conclusion] Combination of TOPSIS methods and ranking classification of RSR methods is a scientific way to comprehensively evaluate the medical quality.
