摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,对实验室的管理工作及实验室队伍建设提出了更高的要求,本文就如何提高实验技术人员的综合素质,如何实现实验室管理的科学化、标准化、现代化提出了一些看法。
With the rapid development of science and technology, it puts forward higher requests for the laboratory management and building of laboratory team. In this paper some ways how to improve the comprehensive quality of the laboratory technical personnel and how to achieve scientific, standardized and modernized laboratory management were proposed.
