摘要
文章将教育不平等、收入差距与经济增长后劲置于包容性增长理论框架下分析,通过建立内生分布滞后联立方程模型,研究了科教兴国方略全面实施以来三者的动态关联关系,两两之间在即期和长期总的关联关系可表示为:经济增长后劲减弱←教育不平等缩小→收入差距扩大、教育不平等扩大←收入差距缩小→经济增长后劲增强、教育不平等扩大←经济增长后劲增强→收入差距缩小。此外,我们还发现中国教育不平等已转入"倒U型"库茨涅茨曲线的右端;东部地区收入差距转入"倒U型"库茨涅茨曲线的右端,中西部地区仍在"倒U型"库茨涅茨曲线的山峰地带;经济增长后劲在各个经济发展阶段同样表现出"倒U型"库茨涅茨曲线的演进特征。
Based on the theory of inclusive growth, this paper incorporates a distribution - lag model into a sys- tem of equations to study the dynamic change of the nexus of education inequality, income gap and growth mo- mentum since the comprehensive implementation of the science and education strategy. 'The a total correlation between any two in the short and long run is: economic growth momentum rows---,income gap and education inequality widen,--income gap inequality nar- growth momentum increases and education inequality widens^---economic growth momentum increases--,income gaps narrow. In addition we also found that education inequality in China is in an "inverted U" Kuznets Curve of the fight side; inequality in the eastern region is in an "inverted U" Kuznets Curve of the right side, the central and western regions are still in "inverted U" Kuznets Curve peaks of the zone; economic growth momentum in every stage of economic development also exhibits "inverted U" Kuznets Curve evolution characteristics.
