摘要
德国医院非常重视质量管理。政府推动、法律保障、质量评审认证机构、医疗保险公司等社会监督体系、专业的领导决策层和科室管理人、专职的质量管理专员、质量管理委员会等,构成了德国医院的质量管理保证体系。信息化建设是提高质量管理水平的基础,在信息化的平台上实践BSC、KVP、CIRS和PDCA等管理新思维,才能真正实现管理质量的持续改进。
German hospitals attach great importance to quality management. Government promotion, legal protection, quality accrediting agency, social supervision system, the professional leaders and department managers, full-time commissioner for quality management and quality management committee constitute German hospital quality assurance management system. Information technology is the basis to improve the level of quality management. The practice of new thinking of management, such as BSC, KVP, CIRS and PDCA on information technology platform, makes the continuous improvement of the quality management.
