摘要
目的应用6S管理方法提升我科门诊诊疗效率及医护人员服务素质。方法通过分析近年来制约门诊诊疗效率的主因,在部门内推行门诊绩效考核办法、青年医师导师培养制等有效激励措施,提升医护人员工作效率及质量,运用6S管理法提出改进方法,优化门诊诊疗流程,提升患者就诊品质,提高门诊诊疗效率。结果门诊诊疗效率及门诊量得到提升。结论 6S管理方法能显著提高门诊诊疗效率及医护人员服务素质。
Objective To analyze 6S management methods to enhance the efficiency of my out-patient clinics and medical service quality. Methods By analyzing the efficiency of outpatient clinics in recent years mainly due to constraints, the implementation of performance appraisal in the outpatient department, mentor young doctors train system and other effective incentives to enhance work efficiency and quality of health care, an improved method of using 6S management method, optimization outpatient clinics processes, improved the quality of patient treatment, out-patient clinics to improve efficiency. Results Outpatient clinics for treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction can be improved. Conclusion 6S management methods can enhance the efficiency of my out-patient clinics and medical service quality.
