摘要
由政府机制、市场机制和志愿机制所推动的学科—专业—产业链的联合体,对于提高办学效益具有重要作用。在此视野下,对高职院校的办学理念、人才培养目标、学科专业建设和办学模式应进行重新的定位,高职院校应立足区域产业需求,调整学科、专业设置;建设特色学科—专业链,培育复合型的高技能创新人才;深化产学研合作,构建学科—专业—产业链发展平台等新的发展战略,提升高职院校的核心能力。
By the government mechanism,market mechanism and voluntary mechanism driven discipline major industry chain of the commonwealth,plays an important role in improving the benefit of running a school. Under this vision ,the school running idea,talents training target,subject construction and running mode should be repositioning, higher vocational colleges should be based on the demand of regional industry, adjust the subject and professional settings ;the characteristic discipline construction and specialty chains, cultivating the compound and high skilled innovative talents ;deepen cooperation in research ,developing strategy discipline major industry chain development platform for new, improving the core competence of higher vocational colleges.
