摘要
中国能源消费量增长迅速,节约能源和保护环境面临巨大压力。本文研究分析了1980~2010年间中国能源消费变化的特点,运用LMDI方法分析了各种可能因素对能源消费的影响效应。研究结果表明中国能源消费呈现总量递增与效率提高的发展趋势,经济增长是促使能源消费增加的主要因素,能源消费强度的降低是促使能源消费降低的主要因素,人口效应和产业结构效应促进了能源消费的增加但并不显著。最后提出了提高能源使用效率和优化产业结构等改善能源消费的相关建议。
China is facing formidable challenges in energy conservation and environmental protection with the rapid increase in energy consumption. The purpose of this study is to estimate the changes in energy consumption in China and various factors responsible for energy consumption using Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) during 1980-2010 period. The results show energy consumption has been increasing and energy intensity has been decreasing. Among factors energy intensity and technology are most prominent factors in reducing energy consumption and economic growth have positive influence on energy consumption. Population and indus- trial structure have a smaller positive effect on energy consumption than economic growth. Finally, the improvement of energy efficiency and readjusting and optimizing the industrial structure are proposed to reduce energy consumption.
