摘要
能源、与能源消费相关的环境功能、经济是一个复合系统,如何实现能源-环境-经济复合系统的协调发展是中国实现可持续发展面临的重要问题。本文在分析协调的能源-环境-经济复合系统特征的基础上,建立了中国能源-环境-经济复合系统协调性分析模型,并提出了相应的调控措施。研究结果表明,中国近15年来"能源-环境-经济"复合系统正在向协调方向缓慢演化。
Eenergy,environmental functions related to energy-consuming,and economy compose a compound system.How to harmonize energy,environment and economy compound system(3E system) is an important issue toward sustainable development in China.Based on examination of the characteristics of the 3E system,this paper develops a 3E system s coordination model and provides some relevant adjusting measures.The results show that China 3E compound system has been slowly evolving into harmony in recent 15 years.
