摘要
人本主义教育理论是实验室开放的理论基础,能为实验室开放提供有力的理论依据与支持。文章以人本主义教育理论为出发点,分析了实验室开放中主要存在的问题,从实验室管理体制和运行机制建设、实验室开放模式建设、实验室师资队伍建设、开放式实验教学评价体系建设几个方面阐述了基于人本主义教育理论实验室开放策略的构建。实践证明,该策略对改善实验室开放效果具有一定成效。
Humanism educational theory is the theoretical basis of the laboratory opening.It can provide support and theoretical base.In this article,we set out from the humanism educational theory,analyze the main existing problem in the laboratory opening.And then we build the strategies of the laboratory opening based on humanism educational theory from the four aspects.They are the building of the lab managing system and running mechanism,the building of the lab opening pattern,the building of the teaching staff,the building about the system of comprehensive evaluation.It proves that these strategies have effectiveness to improve the effect of the lab opening.
