摘要
目的：观察穴位注射配合拔罐放血治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：对30例肩周炎患者应用复方当归注射液合维生素B12：注射液于患侧肩鹅、肩骖、肩前、阿是穴作穴位注射，出针后不按压针口，用闪火法拔罐放血。结果：治愈19例，显效6例，有效4例，无效1例，总有效率96．5％。结论：穴位注射配合拔罐放血治疗肩周炎疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection combined with cupping and bloodletting treating scapu- lohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 30 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis proceeded acupoint injection of Angelica Combinedwith vitamin B12 injecta on Jianyu, Jianliao, Jianqian, Ashi point, no pressing the pinhole after withdrawing the needle , with flash-fire cupping and bloodletting. Results： 19 cases were cured, 6 were valid, 4 were effective, and 1 was invalid, the total efficien cy rate was 96.5%. Conclusion： the efficacy of acupoint injection plus cupping and bloodletting treating the periarthritis of shoulder is satisfying.
