摘要
从理论来源及临床应用等方面较系统地探讨了张从正的攻邪理论。张从正主张祛邪以扶正,认为外邪是导致热病发生的重要因素,气血壅滞、肠胃不洁是热病发生的内在关键;治病善用汗、吐、下三法,并将刺络放血法归于汗法范畴,扩大了汗法的应用范围。
Evil attack theory of ZHANG Cong-zheng is systematically discussed through theoritical origin and clinical application. ZHANG Cong-zheng claimed that attack evilness in order to culitvate righteousness. He thought that exogenous evils was an important factor leading to fever occurred,and the key of fever was stagnation of Qi and blood,gastrointestinal unclean. ZHANG Cong-zheng was good at using sweating in healthing,vomiting and diarrheaing,expanded the concept and application of sweating,put the bloodletting into the arrange of sweating.
