盐制杜仲对去势大鼠骨密度及血清IGF-I的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex on BMD and Serum IGF-I in Rats after Ovariectomy

摘要 目的:观察盐制杜仲的乙醇浸膏对去势大鼠骨密度及血清激素的影响。方法:采用雌性大鼠切除双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松症模型,随机分成假手术组、模型组、尼尔雌醇组、盐制杜仲提取物高、中、低剂量组(6,3,1.5 g·kg-1,ig)。手术后7 d开始给药,持续12周。检测各组腰椎和股骨的骨矿物质含量(BMC)和骨矿物质密度(BMD),血清雌二醇(E2)和胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-I)的含量。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠的BMC和BMD明显下降,血清E2和IGF-I水平明显下降;盐制杜仲能增加去卵巢大鼠BMC和BMD,提高血清E2和IGF-I水平,与模型组相比有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:炮制能加强杜仲的抗骨质疏松作用,盐制杜仲通过上调血清E2水平,提高血清IGF-I含量而对去卵巢大鼠的骨质疏松症有预防或延缓发生的作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex on BMD and serum hormone in rats after ovariectomy.Method:The model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was developed by ovariectomy,the rats were randomly divided into six groups,including sham operation group,model group,Nilestriol group,and salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex high,moderate,low-dose group(6,3,1.5 g·kg-1,ig) 7 days later,successive administration was carried out,lasted for 12 weeks.The lumbar spine and femoral bone BMC and BMD,serum E2and IGF-I content were assayed.Result:Compared with control group,BMC and BMD in model group rats decreased obviously,serum E2,IGF-I level decreased.Compared with model group,salt-processing Eucommiae Cortex could increase BMC and BMD,and serum E2,IGF-I level in rats after ovariectomy(P &lt; 0.05).Conclusion:Processing can enhance the anti-osteoporosis effect of Duzhong,saltprocessing Eucommiae Cortex can prevent and delay osteoporosis in rats after ovariectomy by increasing serum E2,IGF-I level.
