摘要
按照卫生部推进公立医院改革,规范临床诊疗行为,提高医疗服务质量,控制不合理医疗费用的要求,临床路径管理模式依托医院信息化平台引入信息系统的推行和管理,探索信息系统对临床路径实施管理,以标准路径为引擎,建立实现从路径导入、路径执行与监控、变异分析、质量统计评估的管理功能。通过电子病历建立平台以满足功能的实现,逐步完善临床路径的实用性。
