摘要
目的随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,建立适合中国国情的医疗服务体系,逐步缓解群众看病难看病贵问题日益成为需要解决首要矛盾。在完善医疗保障和服务方面,德国在社会保障体系的架构、医疗服务的运行、管理和补偿等环节实现了良性的运转。其完善的社会保障体系、政府主导的医疗补偿机制、高效的区域卫生服务网,以及规范的医疗服务质量管理,和DRG-s结算方式等方面的经验和实践,对完善我国医改的相关政策、措施具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
