摘要
本文从患者身份识别、医疗文书完整性、临床路径、人员权限管理、信息共享与保密方面详述了我院基于JCI标准对电子病历系统的优化过程,以期通过电子病历系统改造提高工作效率、保障患者安全及持续改进医疗质量。
This paper gave a detailed explanation of the process of optimization of electronic medical record system with the Joint Commission International accreditation standards in aspects of patient identification, medical documentation integrity, clinical pathway, personnel authority management, and information sharing and confidentiality, so as to improve work efficiency, to ensure patient safety, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of health care quality through the reconstruction of the electronic medical record system.
