摘要
目的探讨夏枯草注射液 (IPV)对人胃腺癌 SGC- 790 1细胞增殖凋亡的影响。方法通过生长曲线测定IPV对 SGC- 790 1细胞生长增殖的影响 ,HE染色形态学观察及流式细胞术 (FCM)研究 IPV诱导 SGC- 790 1细胞凋亡的情况。结果显示 5 %浓度的 IPV组细胞生长明显被抑制 ,SGC- 790 1细胞在 5 % IPV作用 2 4h后 HE染色见明显细胞皱缩、细胞核固缩深染 ,且 FCM测定见明显亚二倍体凋亡峰。结论 :结果显示 5 %浓度的 IPV可明显抑制 SGC- 790
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of the injection of Prunella vulgaris L(IPV)on gastric cancer cell line SGC 7901.Methods Effects of IPV on the growth and apoptosis were detected by growth curve analysis, morphology observation and flow cytometry (FCM) Result Cell growth were inhibited dramatically and some morphologic features of apoptosis including cell shrinkage and nuclear condensation were observed after 24 hours exposure to 5% IPV.Simultaneously, typical subdiploid peaks before G0/G1 phase were shown by FCM. Conclusion 5% IPV can markedly inhibit SGC 7901 cells growth as well as induction of cells apoptosis.
