摘要
介绍齐元富教授治疗三阴性乳腺癌的中西医结合临床经验.齐元富教授根据中医学理论提出乳腺癌肝郁伤脾, 冲任失调、瘀毒内阻的病因病机, 在治疗过程中重视补益脾胃、滋补肝肾, 扶正与祛邪并举, 调节情绪, 提出疏肝解郁, 调和冲任, 清热解毒等治法, 兼顾肿瘤发展的各个时期, 针对患者不同病情进行个体化治疗, 取得良好疗效.
This article introduces Professor Qi Yuanfu’s clinical experience in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer.Professor Qi Yuanfu proposed the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of breast cancer with liver stagnation,spleen,dysfunction and sputum internal resistance according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The spleen and stomach,nourishing the liver and kidney,supporting both the righteousness and the evil spirits,regulating the emotions,and put forward the treatment methods of soothing the liver and relieving depression,reconciling the Chong Ren,clearing away heat and detoxification,taking into account the various stages of tumor development,and individualized treatment for different conditions of patients,achieved good clinical results.
