摘要
为了提高金属/聚合物界面粘结强度,本文利用拉伸剪切实验研究了砂纸打磨、喷砂、酸洗、磷化、硅烷偶联剂处理六种金属表面预处理方法对聚合物粘结强度的影响,并依据表面粗糙度轮廓仪、超景深三维显微镜、SEM扫描电镜对金属表面形貌的研究,具体分析了不同预处理方法对界面粘结强度影响的机理。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂处理方法能有效地提高金属/聚合物界面的粘结强度。
In order to improve the bonding strength of metal/polymer interface, the bonding strength of metal/ polymer can be affected by surface pretreatments, the effect of various surface pretreatments such as grinding with emery paper, blasting, acid etching, phosphating and sliane coupling agents on the bonding strength by the shearing test are aim to ravel. The surface morphology were analyzed by means of profilometer, super depth three-dimensional microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The test results show coupling metal pretreatment can strik- ingly enhance the bonding strength of metal/polymer interface.
