摘要
作者利用拉开法测试了高压低密度聚乙烯、环氧树脂、超高分子量聚乙烯和尼龙1010四种塑料涂层同45钢基体的结合强度,并对其断口的形貌进行了观察。结合载荷-位移曲线对涂层的破坏机理进行了分析,表明在拉应力作用下,涂层的断口及其破坏机制同涂层材料本身以及涂层同基体的结合状况有密切的关系。
The bonding strength hetween 45 steel and plastic coatings,such as high pressare low density polyethelene.epoxy resin, ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethelene, and nylon 1010, was measured with a pulloff testing method.Based upon the observation of their fracture morphology and the load-displace curve,their fracture mechanisms were proposed.The results showed that under tensile stress, the fracture morphology and daMPage mechanism of the plastic coatings are closely related to the coating MPaterials and their bonding with the substrate.
