摘要
目的:探讨全脑放疗联合旋转式伽马刀治疗肺癌脑转移瘤患者的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法:2001年1月至2008年12月,对52例经原发病灶病理诊断证实的肺癌脑转移初治患者,采用全脑放疗加旋转式伽马刀治疗,全脑照射(30Gy/10f/2w或者40Gy/20f/4w)后,采用旋转式伽马刀治疗针对脑转移灶局部加量。结果:52例患者按计划完成治疗,总有效率[完全缓解(CR)+部分缓解(PR)]98.1%(51/52)。结论:全脑放疗加旋转式伽马刀治疗肺癌脑转移瘤近期疗效显著,患者耐受良好。
Objective：To observe the efficacy and toxicity of whole-brain radiotherapy plus rotating Gamma Knife in patients with brain metastasis from lung cancer.Methods：All 52 patients suffering from lung cancers with brain metastasis were included in this study.The treatment consisted of concomitant whole brain radiotherapy（WBRT） with a dose of 30Gy in 10 fractions or 40Gy in 20 fractions.And then a dosage of 10-15Gy was added to the focus of metastasis by rotating Gamma Knife.Results：The overall response rate was 98.1%,CR 35 patients,PR 16,NC 1.Conclusion：The rotating Gamma Knife combined with whole brain radiation for brain metastasis from lung cancer is effective and can improve life quality.
