摘要
医疗仪器检测中,通常需要检测加样针是否进入试剂,确保及时准确的进行加样、移液等操作,传统的液位检测系统设计复杂,可靠性较差。采用可编程片上系统(PSoC)芯片CY8C21x34作为处理器,开发了一种新型的液位检测系统。本系统利用加样针在不同介质中电容值产生变化的性质,使用处理器的CSD模块对加样针的电容值进行实时检测,进而判断加样针的位置,结构设计简单。经测试表明,该液位检测系统在仪器中运行稳定可靠,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
As in medical equipment test,it is often needed to probe whether pipetting needle has been put in the liquid to ensure timely and accurate operations such as sample and pipette, traditional liquid probe system is design complexity, poor reliability. Programmable system-on-chip CY8C21x34 has been adopted as processor to develop a new liquid probe system in this paper. This system is using the processor real-time adopted CSD theory to test the capacitance changes which by the needle in different medium,and then to locating the needle,the structure designed simply. As a result,the processor is reliable and stable, possessing the features of practicability and values to popularize.
