摘要
根据导电性液体导电的特点,利用与被测液体相接触的电极进行液位测量,其方法简单实用,具有的优点明显。然而,直接利用电极测量液体电导来进行液位测量方法受被测液体电导率变化的影响,故其应用范围受到很大限制。针对这一问题,提出了一种采用四电极液位测量方法,通过测量传感器输出电压和输入的激励电压二者的比值来计算液位高度。对传感器液位测量与被测液体电导率关系的理论分析表明此方法测量液位与被测液体电导率不相关,因而可用于对电导率变化的液体液位进行测量。将此新型液位测量方法移植到非满管电磁流量测量中,用于对非满管液位的测量,可使得电磁流量传感器能够实现对非满管污水流量的测量。
Making use of the conductivity characteristic of conductive liquid,the technique is simple and practical by electrodes to measure the liquid level.However it is affected by liquid conductivity measuring liquid conductance by electrodes to obtain the level.To solve this problem,a new technique to measure the liquid level by four electrodes is presented in this paper.The liquid level is obtained by measuring the ratio between sensor output voltage and input voltage.The theoretical analysis and experiment results indicate that the liquid conductivity has no influence on the measurement of liquid level by four electrodes.The new technique is suitable to use in the level measurement for the liquid which conductivity is changing.The new level measurement technique can be applied to the electromagnetic flowmeter to measure the liquid fill height in partially filled pipes.
