摘要
利用射频导纳原理对粘稠性导电介质进行物位测量时,只有准确得到π/4相位点的信号幅值,方能消除挂料引起的误差.将微弱信号处理中的定点取样积分方法引入到射频导纳物位测量中,在保证有效采集相位点信号的同时还提高了测量电路的信噪比.论文给出了电路设计和取样积分电路参数选择的一般原则.实验结果证实了方法的有效性.
According to RF admittance level measurement principle, π/4 phase point of true level signal should be sampled timely and accurately in order to eliminate coating error. The method of sample-integral in low noise detection technique is adapted to the RF admittance level measurement system, that ensures the effectiveness of sampling for specified phase point and improves the signal to noise ratio meanwhile. The circuits and the basic principles of parameter selection have been presented. The experiment result demonstrates the feasibility of the method.
