摘要
体育服务质量问题关系着体育服务业的健康发展,影响着消费者的消费安全和接受体育服务的效果。在国家立法框架内,依据现有体育管理制度,构建体育服务质量监管体系,对体育服务实施监管,实现体育服务质量监管工作的法治化、标准化、科学化、系统化,促进体育服务业的健康、有序发展。
Sports service quality issues bear on the healthy development of sports service and affect the consumers＇ safety and acceptance of the effect of sports services. Within the framework of national legislation, based on existing sports man- agement system, the authors build sports service quality monitoring system, monitoring the implementation of sports serv- ices, physical quality of service to achieve the rule of law supervision, standardization, scientific, systematic, and promote sports services to develop healthilv and orderlv.
