摘要
【目的 /意义】通过构建社区问答平台可用性评价指标体系并选取实证对象进行评价,为社区问答平台可用性优化提供数据支持和参考。【方法/过程】通过文献梳理与用户调研,运用因子分析法确立社区问答平台评价指标体系,综合应用MUSA、TOPSIS对社区问答平台可用性评价研究。【结果/结论】实际获得3个社区问答平台的可用性用户测度结果,定位与分析了平台评价指标的最优方案、最劣方案,平台最优距离以及最劣距离,依据结果给出了可用性优化策略。【创新/局限】本研究结合了MUSA和TOPSIS的优势,综合运用两种方法深化了对社区问答平台可用性测度的研究,通过横向与纵向对比,使对社区问答平台可用性的测度更加细致与精准,但是在实证对象的数量和调研样本数量方面还存在一定局限。
【Purpose/significance】By constructing the usability evaluation index system of community Q & A platform and selecting empirical objects for evaluation, this paper provided data support and reference for the usability optimization of community Q & A platform.【Method/process】Through literature review and user survey, factor analysis method was to be used to establish the evaluation indicators of community Q & A platform, MUSA and TOPSIS methods were applied to evaluate the usability of community Q & A platform.【Result/conclusion】The user measurement results of three community Q & A platforms’ usability were obtained, and the optimal scheme,the worst scheme of three platforms evaluation indicators and the optimal distance and the worst distance of the platform were located and analyzed. According to the results, the optimization and improvement strategy of usability was put forward.【Innovation/limitation】Combined with the advantages of MUSA and TOPSIS, this paper comprehensively used the two methods to deepen the usability measurement research of community Q & A platform, and realized the more detailed and accurate usability measurement by horizontal and vertical comparison. However, there were still some limitations in the number of empirical objects and the number of sample research.
