摘要
目的:研究大鼠口服克感利咽浓浸膏后挥发性成分的吸收。方法:利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法定性分析克感利咽浸膏中和大鼠口服克感利咽浸膏后血清样品中的挥发性成分。结果:克感利咽浸膏中挥发性成分丰富,共检测到18种挥发性成分,其中主要为薄荷酮、薄荷醇和胡薄荷酮,三者总和为总挥发性成分含量的90%;大鼠口服克感利咽浸膏后能部分吸收挥发性成分,在服药后40 min的血清样品中分析到3种挥发性成分,分别为薄荷酮、薄荷醇和胡薄荷酮。结论:克感利咽浸膏中挥发性成分丰富,而大鼠口服克感利咽浸膏后,挥发性成分吸收差,血清中只检测到挥发性成分中主要的3种成分,分别为薄荷酮、薄荷醇和胡薄荷酮。
OBJECTIVE To study the absorption of volatile components after oral Kegan Liyan extract in rats.METHODS Qualitative analysis of the volatile components in Kegan Liyan extract and serum samples after oral adminstration of Kegan Liyan extract was conducted in rats by GC-MS.RESULTS There were many volatile components in Kegan Liyan extract,18 kinds of volatile components were detected,most of which were menthone,menthol and pulegone,these three accounted for 90% of the total volatile components;rats can partly absorbed volatile components after oral Kegan Liyan extract,three volatile components could be analyzed in the serum samples after oral Kegan Liyan extract for 40 minutes,they were menthone,menthol and pulegone.CONCLUSION There are many volatile components in the Kegan Liyan extract,but volatile components are poorly absorbed in the serum samples after oral Kegan Liyan extract in rats,only three components can be detected in the serum,they were menthone,menthol and pulegone.
