毛细管气相色谱法测定薄荷精油中薄荷醇的含量 被引量:4

摘要 目的:建立薄荷精油中薄荷醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取薄荷中的薄荷精油,并采用AT.SE-30-(30.0 m×0.53 mm×1.00μm)毛细管色谱柱,以苯甲酸为内标的毛细管气相色谱法测定薄荷精油中薄荷醇的含量。结果:薄荷醇在0.0996-0.4980 mg/mL浓度范围内,峰面积与内标峰面积的比值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.18%。结论:该方法易操作,可作为控制薄荷精油质量的一种方法。 Objective: To establish the method for the quantitative determination of mentha alcohol in essential oil of mint. Methods: The essential oil of mint was extracted by steam distillation. The contents of essential oil of mint was detected by capillary gas chromatographic method with AT. SE--30 capillary column(30.0 m × 0.53 mm× 1.00 μm), and with benzoic acid as the internal standard. Results: The concentration of mint alcohol was within the scope of 0. 0996~0. 4980 mg/mL , the peak area and inner label peak area presented the good line sexual behavior with its density ( r =0. 9998). The average recovery and RSD were 99.17% and 1.18% respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and convenient which can be used for the quantity control of mentha alcohol.
