四锤头径向锻造机锻造箱结构的动力特性研究 被引量:9

摘要 锻造箱是四锤头径向锻造机的主要零部件和承力部件。高速锻打坯料的冲击载荷通过连杆传递到锻造箱可能激发其振动,精锻机锻造时四个锤头对锻件径向的同步冲击会通过连杆、偏心凸轮和齿轮轴传递到精锻机箱体,可能会激发箱体结构的振动,影响锻造精度。从机构运动学看,锻造箱的锻造反力是一个梯形脉冲荷载,三个周期内锻造箱一个轴承孔承受的冲击反力,因此设计时必须考虑动力效应。借助ANSYS WORKBENCH 13平台,对160t精锻机锻造箱进行了模态分析和瞬态动力学分析,获取了该结构的模态频率、振型和关键部位的位移、应力响应曲线及其动力放大系数,为此类结构的设计提供了参考。 Forging box is one of main assembly and load bearing components of precision forging machine with four hammers.Impulsive load from high speed forging billet through the connecting rod may arouse the vibration of the forging billet box,and when the precision forging machine is forging the four forging hammer will synchronously impact the radial forging to the body of precision forging machine box through connecting rod,eccentric CAM,and gear shaft,stimulating vibration of body structure,and impacting the precision of forging.Seen from kinematics,the forging force of forging box is a trapezoidal pulse load,and the impact force of bearing hole of forging box under three cycles;therefore dynamic effect must be considered in design.With the help of ANSYS WORKBENCH 13 platform,160t forging machine forging box is done with modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis,thus obtaining the modal frequency,vibration mode of the structure and key parts displacement and stress response curve and the dynamic amplification coefficient,providing reference for the design of such structure.
