摘要
分析了精锻机夹头内滑套断裂的原因,用有限元法分析了该零件的受力情况,认为内滑套花键疲劳断裂的主要原因是焊缝处的轴向拉应力过大,提出了改进建议。
The reason of fracture of slide sleeve in clamp head of precision forging machine is analyzed, its stress analyzed with finite element method. It is considered that too big axial draw stress at welding stitch is the main reason. Some suggestion proposed.
