摘要
锻造机的应用随着经济的发展越来越广泛。针对径向锻造机中锤头的受力及修复情况展开研究,基于UG与ANSYS软件模拟出锻造过程中锤头的受力及磨损情况,结合锤头的受力及磨损情况探讨了再制造锤头堆焊技术特点及堆焊工艺。
With the development of economy,the application of forging machine is more and more widely.The results considers the force and repair of radial forging machine hammer, is based on UG and ANSYS to simulate the force and wear of the hammer forging process, and combines the force and wear of the hammer to discuss remanufacturing surfacing technical characteristics and the crafts of hammer.
